The HVAC systems have been specifically designed to be able to provide a comfortable internal environment world-wide within external ambient conditions of -15ºc to +35ºc whilst maintaining an internal temperature of +20ºc. The system has been designed to maintain a constant “off coil” temperature of +12ºc in winter or summer conditions, with room re-heaters heating the rooms to the desired temperature, controlled via a wall mounted thermostat.
The HVAC system is a full fresh air ducted system with natural forced extract via toilet ventilation ducts. The system has been designed to maintain an internal positive pressure of +50Pa and is tied into the Modules fire & gas/purge system.
