Ferguson Modular is part of the Ferguson Group, consisting of Ferguson Modular Ltd, Ferguson Seacabs Ltd, Ferguson Seacabs Pty Ltd (Australia) and Ferguson Norge AS. The group was established in 1976 to service the accommodation and container needs of the North Sea oil & gas industry.

The company operates from purpose-built manufacturing premises in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Everything from initial design work to producing the finished product is carried out in-house, allowing the highest quality control standards to be carried out.
