Capability Profile
Ferguson are one of the few companies in our market sector to have seen the benefit that capability profiling has to offer. Simply, by going through the questionnaire we were able to quantify the existing core competences of the company as well as identify key areas for improvement. By completing this process we have established fundamental benchmarking criteria upon which to continuously improve.

Performance Feedback Reports

The company strives to capture client perceptions by using performance feedback. This not only pertains to the FPAL process, but also directly influences our continuous improvement programme. All clients are canvassed regularly for their honest opinions on the company's performance and this information is used to improve our operations, products, services and ultimately value.

Tech-Web
A new feature of FPAL is their tech-web capability. It is a natural development for Ferguson to link into the facility, to give customers another opportunity to find out about the products and services available from our companies.
