The HSEQ management systems are designed to aid the Group wherever practical, to realise its goal of ensuring the highest level of product quality and service is achieved whilst ensuring related costs are minimised. This goal is underpinned by the Groups commitment to continuous improvement.

The Ferguson Group management recognises that effective HSEQ management is an integral part of the design, manufacture and hire system throughout the life cycle of all products and services provision.

The Managers of each Division are responsible for ensuring that the HSEQ management system is applied within their area of responsibility.

The Group HSEQ Manager is nominated as the management representative for ensuring the development and maintenance of the HSEQ systems and any competency issues.

Responsibility for the operation of the HSEQ management systems is delegated to all employees within the Group with departmental managers responsible for the implementation and maintenance of their specific area procedures.

The Group recognises the importance of establishing and maintaining its employees level of awareness and training with respect to HSEQ issues and is committed to the regular review of the training requirements of all employees in order to ensure high levels of competence in all matters relating to their employment.

The Group are fully aware of the need for management of all matters relating to HSEQ, and employ personnel with the responsibility for ensuring compliance to all relevant HSEQ Regulations and third party accreditations.

The Group is committed to improving quality performance through the implementation of procedures in support of continual improvement aimed to set annual performance targets which shall be published and periodically reviewed by senior management.
